Your dentist will explain the recommended treatment and relevant fees before treatment proceeds.
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, Medical Dental Spa currently asks patients to provide at least 48 working hours' notice.
This allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient.
Cancellation Charges
A cancellation charge may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.
The current published cancellation charge is £50 for every 30 minutes of planned appointment time.
If you need to change an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Dental problems do not always happen at convenient times.
If you develop severe toothache, swelling, a broken tooth, dental trauma or another urgent dental problem, contact Medical Dental Spa as soon as possible.
Emergency dental appointments start from £90.
Same-day emergency appointments may be available subject to availability.
If your dentist recommends treatment, you will be given information about the relevant costs before proceeding.
