Practice Cancellation Policy
At Medical Dental Spa, we prioritize the efficient use of appointment time and aim to provide exceptional care to all our patients. To achieve this goal, we have implemented a cancellation policy as follows:
- 48 Working Hours Notice for Short 30-Minute Appointments: If you have a 30-minute appointment scheduled, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 working hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of treatment.
- 48 Working Hours Notice for Longer Appointments: For appointments that are scheduled for extended periods or involve complex treatments, we require a minimum of 48 working hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This enables us to accommodate the specific time and resources needed for these appointments.

Appointment Cancellation Charge:
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, frequent last-minute cancellations or missed appointments can disrupt our services and inconvenience other patients who may be in need of urgent treatment. Therefore, we may apply a cancellation charge under certain circumstances.
The cancellation charge will be £50.00 for every 30 minutes of the planned appointment duration. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the unused appointment time and compensates for the inconvenience caused to other patients.

💳 Refunds & Extensions
Change of mind?
We understand plans can change. Unused vouchers may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed or booked against an appointment. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Extending your voucher
If your voucher is approaching expiry and hasn’t been used, we’re happy to extend it for an additional 3 months free of charge. Simply contact our reception team before the expiry date to arrange the extension.
Lost or misplaced vouchers
No problem — digital vouchers can be reissued instantly. Just contact us with your order number or the purchaser’s name and email address.

Refunds and extensions apply only to vouchers purchased directly from Medical Dental Spa. Third-party or promotional vouchers may be subject to their own terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all voucher purchases made through the Medical Dental Spa online shop. By completing your order, you agree to these terms.
2. Voucher validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed unless an extension has been arranged prior to the expiry date.
3. Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed in person at our clinic or by phone when booking an appointment. They are valid for the treatment(s) specified or may be used as part-payment toward another service of equal or greater value.
4. Delivery
Vouchers are delivered instantly via email or as a downloadable PDF. Please ensure all recipient details are entered correctly, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors in email addresses.
5. Refunds & cancellations
Unused vouchers may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed or used to make a booking. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. After this period, vouchers are non-refundable.
6. Extensions
We offer a complimentary 3-month extension for unredeemed vouchers upon request before expiry. Contact our reception team to arrange an extension.
7. Lost vouchers
If a voucher is lost or deleted, we can reissue it to the original purchaser or recipient once verified.
8. Transferability
Vouchers are transferable to another recipient, but cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or resold commercially.
9. Pricing & availability
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. Treatments, practitioners, and prices may change without notice.
10. Liability
